First, I want to thank you for your continuing support of my practice. As open enrollment starts for some health plans and we all begin planning for 2024 I want to make you aware of a few changes to our membership rates that will start in 2024.

I have been lucky enough to practice medicine the DPC way since 2017. It has been a wonderful six years to care for you and your family. During this time we have increased our membership rates only once. Due to rising costs I now need to make some changes to our rates. These changes will apply to all memberships starting January 1, 2024.

2024 Membership Rates:

Kids (Ages 0-18) $25/mo
Young Adults (Ages 19-25) $45/mo
Adults (Ages 26+) $82/mo

You will notice we introduced a new age tier. We are attempting to simplify things and accurately reflect our costs. The young adult tier will get annual labs included (they previously did not). There will also be no college attendance requirement. It is strictly based on your current age.

Annual Prepayment Discount:

We are beginning to phase out the annual prepayment discount. If you renew your membership in 2024 and pay for a full year we will discount it 5%. Starting in 2025 the discount will no longer apply for any annual renewals.
